A few details to ensure that we’re on the same page.
- All sales are final, once shipped. Your pots will be shipped or delivered promptly, and will be packaged appropriately to keep them safe on their journey. If they’re damaged when they arrive, please contact me right away so that I can file a claim with the shipper and send replacements. (Please note that the turnaround on the replacements will depend on whether a suitable alternative is in stock, or has to be made for you.)
- All donations are final, once the payment is processed. You can contact me to request cancellation of your order (including pre-orders) within 24 hours of its submission. As long as the order hasn’t shipped, you’ll receive a partial refund (full shipping cost refund, and 65% of your purchases — the other 35% will NOT be refunded, as it will have been donated to the receiving individual/organization/project.
- Looking for custom or wholesale orders? Feel free to contact me. I can’t guarantee that I will be able to help, but I’m happy to talk about your project!
- Pre-orders take 4-6 weeks to complete (excluding shipping), depending on firing schedules. Rush orders are possible, but are still dependent on the availability of kiln space. If there is going to be a delay beyond 6 weeks in completing your pre-order, for any reason, you will be contacted as early as possible with the option to receive a full refund (including your donation, if you like) or to continue to wait for the items.
- Shipping charges are an estimate, based on nothing more scientific than my best guess. I’ll refund any overage of shipping charge in excess of $2 to you (or, add it to your donation – you’ll pick). Shipping will always be by a service with a tracking number. You’ll never be asked to pay more for shipping than what is quoted at checkout.
